We recommend bringing

Once in our facilities, it will not be possible to return to the meeting point until the session ends. Therefore, it is essential that you carry everything you need with you, both in terms of photographic equipment and personal needs. We recommend the following:

  • Appropriate clothing: It is important to be prepared for any weather condition, whether cold or hot. We recommend dressing in layers to ensure comfort throughout the activity. This way, you can easily adjust to temperature changes.

  • Comfortable shoes: Opt for footwear appropriate for the activity and the terrain conditions.
Reservation and payment

The reservation of any activity will only be confirmed when La Mironera receives the deposit payment corresponding to the amount indicated for each service. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the activity.

If the deposit payment is not received, La Mironera reserves the right not to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen events may arise that affect our clients’ plans. For this reason, we offer the possibility of canceling the reservation with the guarantee of a full refund as long as the cancellation is made 48 hours before the date of the activity. For cancellations made outside this period, a refund will not be possible.

What happens if weather conditions affect the activity you have booked?

Our team constantly monitors the weather conditions in the days prior to departure, and a final decision is made 24 hours before the activity.

If we determine that the weather conditions are not suitable to fully enjoy the activity or if they represent a risk to the physical integrity of attendees and wildlife, we will proceed to cancel the activity. In such case, we will offer the option of a full refund of the amount paid or the possibility of rescheduling the activity, depending on what is best for both parties.

Transfer of the reservation

We understand that on some occasions the reservation holder may not be able to attend the activity. In these cases, we allow the transfer of the reservation to another person, as long as we are notified sufficiently in advance and it does not affect the operation of the activity.
