We offer activities and environmental education workshops designed for children and adults to experience nature from a perspective of respect and environmental awareness. Additionally, we organize and participate in wildlife and flora conservation projects.
Environmental education seeks to help people learn not only about the environment but also about the values, attitudes, and habits that enable us to respect and care for it.
The goal of environmental education is to make each person more aware of how their actions affect the planet and how to live more responsibly and sustainably. The intention is to actively involve them in the diagnosis, prevention, and resolution of environmental problems, providing them with the tools and motivation necessary to do so.
Bird ringing is a technique used to study the life history, population dynamics, migration patterns, and behavior of birds, while also helping to assess their conservation status.
At La Mironera, we organize workshops where you will not only learn how to perform bird ringing but also discover the many benefits of this technique. Through these workshops, we aim to promote a deeper understanding of the biodiversity in our surroundings.
The responsible management of cat colonies is essential to protect both their well-being and the balance of the environment and the local wildlife that inhabits it.
Through practices such as the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) method, training residents on how to manage the situation, and controlled feeding, we help reduce the impact on local fauna and improve the quality of life for these animals. This project is carried out in collaboration with biologists to ensure proper analysis, guarantee that each step is done correctly, and measure the project’s positive effects on the environment.

We offer a variety of experiences that bring people closer to nature in a fun, respectful, and educational way. Our workshops and activities are of the highest quality and are designed to protect the surrounding ecosystem, ensuring a positive impact on participants. We also enjoy innovating, such as with sensory workshops that engage and stimulate touch, smell, sight, and hearing for a deeper connection with nature.
We organize activities like building nesting boxes and insect hotels, where participants learn about the importance of these small creatures in the ecosystem. We also host animal interaction workshops that promote respect and understanding of native and non-native species, focusing on their physical characteristics, behaviors, and habitats.
Additionally, we offer workshops centered on flora, such as mushroom foraging, learning about native plant species, bonsai care, and more.
In this space you can find fragments of the environmental education workshops and activities that we have carried out. Through this compilation we invite you to live these experiences and learn more about what we do.
Hit play and enjoy!
